Google leads the day with their new accelerator for mobile startups, as announced on the Google Developers blog. It is not a huge thing, but it is good to see more of this kind of thing. Eric Leong has a great post on the types of software engineers. I have talked about it in the past, but his focus is on the spectrum of technical engineers (those who purely love technology) and product engineers (those who love building products). The Kua has a good article that follows this nicely where he talks about the types of development teams. I have found that the structure of your team can make a big difference in the success of projects, so what kind of team do you have?
As always, enjoy today’s items, and please participate in the discussions on these sites.
