Geek Reading December 4, 2015

Google leads the day with their post about working towards a more accessible world. On The Macro, they talk about a different idea on how to split equity among co-founders. The basic idea is to split it equally because once the business really starts (launch or outside funding), nothing else really matters. On DZone, we have an interesting post on Project Jigsaw and Java 9. There should be no surprise that it has been delayed, but there is some good information on the details behind everything. On KDNuggets there is a very good post on how neural networks learn. The post is light on mathematics, so it is approachable for most people.
