Bryan Edds starts our day with his post about the stress and depression that is rampant in the software industry. This is a topic that is important to me because I have seen the effects in both myself and others over my 20+ year career. If you are one of those people having difficulties, you should find professional help. If that sort of help is out of reach, find something that makes you happy. It could be a weekly soccer game or basketball game, martial arts, running, exercise, yoga, meditation or even just spending a few hours each week playing with your kids. There are plenty of good posts to read today, but I really only want to highlight this one by itself.
As always, enjoy today’s items, and please participate in the discussions on these sites.
