Geek Reading February 8, 2016 #1037

Leading the day is an interesting look at the problems at GitHub as reported bu Business Insider. Much like any company trying to grow their revenue from a small company, they start to have an identity crisis and some of the early employees depart. Overall, it is not surprising but I am curious to see how it gets handled over time. As usual on Conversation Agent, Valeria Maltoni gives us a very good post about stamping out creativity. On DZone, we have another great recruiter post about the phantom client. Anyone who has been contacted by recruiters has dealt with this sort of problem.
