This is good from the perspective of openness, but it is always concerning when they talk about it. Johanna Rothman turns burndown charts upside down, and shows us burnup charts. The Chromium blog announced its latest beta with a slew of new features, CSS custom properties, background sync with service workers and some ES2015 features.
