For a slow day, we have a great collection of articles. First, on Conversation Agent, Valeria Maltoni talks about grit as a predictor of success. I am a big believer in hard work and perseverance being key ingredients to success. At Atlassian, there is a very good post on maintaining focus with a growth mindset. Sometimes it is easy to get stuck in what you do every day, and you need to watch for opportunities to grow. Lastly, Aaron Harris shows us a bunch of things that are interesting metrics but not really progress for your business. Too many people focus on these types of things and forget about actually building a business.
As always, enjoy today’s items, and please participate in the discussions on these sites.
