Leading off today, Seth Godin talks about grit and hard work, how you can improve those but not “luck” or being pretty. Harvard Magazine has an interesting article about the company we keep and the things we share. They also compare this idea with what companies share. Very interesting article that I would recommend everyone read. Lastly, DeSmart talks about measuring happiness and building a better team. It is a simple method of using 🙂 😐 and 😦 to gauge how people are feeling, and digging into whether the team can do something to fix it.
