Recently, Google had their I/O conference and had tons of good news. Yesterday, Apple had their WWDC and they lead our stories for today. First, Apple announced that developers will now be able to tap into Spotlight. Next, they revealed “Proactive Assistant”, the next generation of Siri and the competitor to Google Now. Lastly, they announced Swift 2 and their plans to open source the language. All of these articles came from The Next Web whose Apple coverage was top notch.
