Today we are going to focus on the business side of things. First, an excellent article from Heidi Roizen about building a unicorn but paying attention to the terms of funding. On the Agile Zone, Tim Wise talks about “the business” when dealing with agile projects. Ragawald has a great discussion about whether you know what the problem is, which is based on the post from Santiago Valdarrama. Santiago’s post is being heavily discussed on reddit and is an interesting question itself. Is there a minimum set of knowledge you should have if you are a software engineer?
