Geek Reading February 10, 2015

Two fairly big announcements for today. Apple releases Swift 1.2, which hopefully makes some developers happier. Google decides to move to HTTP/2 and away from SPDY. Much of the SPDY improvements are part of HTTP/2, so this is probably a good thing. There are a few good articles in the performance section below, all of them are worth a solid review.
