There was some really interesting news yesterday. Cablevision announces a wifi-only phone service, which might be really useful for lower income families or people looking to replace their home phone. Google gets some help with its Wallet purchasing by partnering with WePay. With Apple Pay growing, this could be the type of thing that finally launches mobile payments. Supposedly, IBM will be laying off over 100K people. Obviously, IBM denies it but other sources are saying it may be closer to 10K or even less.
