		<description>Based on this, I think it&#039;s reasonable to conclude that for people that have been doing freelancing for a while and want to work for a company, a small company would be a better fit, as you have more autonomy to do things the way you know how. Also, regarding completing different tasks, people that freelance deal with that every day.</description>
